Bright and independent apartment of about 160 sqm, on two levels, ideal for groups of up to 6 people looking to relax.
Located in a central and well-served area, the apartment is just 100 meters from the seafront, where you'll find a bike path and a free beach.
The house features three bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds), three bathrooms (one of which is outside on the terrace), a fully equipped kitchen and two spacious furnished terraces. One step leads to the entrance.

The accommodation is arranged over two levels:

GROUND FLOOR:

- Spacious LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs, TV, fireplace (not in use), piano and A/C. Spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. Entrance from the street via a step.
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, dresser and A/C
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, desk, clothes rack and A/C
- BEDROOM 3 with two single beds, mirrored wardrobe and A/C
- BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet, shower and sink
- BALCONY accessible from the bedrooms, extending into a furnished SMALL TERRACE
- OUTDOOR BATHROOM with toilet, shower and sink (accessed from the terrace)

FIRST FLOOR:

- KITCHEN with stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, dining table and chairs, A/C
- HALF BATHROOM with toilet, sink and washing machine
- Furnished TERRACE with table and chairs. External stairs leading to the lower terrace

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, linens, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, heating, crib on request.

PLEASE NOTE:
- There are steps and internal/external stairs in the accommodation: please take care if traveling with children;
- The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable;
- Small pets are accepted upon payment of an extra

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.


Please be advised that this accommodation offers self check-in. Therefore, it is MANDATORY to provide all necessary information to receive the required instructions.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is located in Torre Archirafi, a charming seaside village and a hamlet of the municipality of Riposto, in the province of Catania.
The house is just a few steps from the seafront, an ideal spot for a relaxing walk or a swim in the sea during the summer. The beaches are mostly made up of volcanic pebbles and rocks, with clear waters.
Just a 5-minute walk away is Palazzo Vigo, a former noble residence now transformed into a museum and venue for cultural and tourist events.

- From the airport, take the Alibus to Catania Centrale train station. From there, take a train to Giarre-Riposto station. The train ride takes about 1 hour and 38 minutes. Torre Archirafi is approximately 4.7 km from Riposto station, which can be reached by taxi or local bus.

- Interbus runs from Catania Airport to Riposto Central Station in Piazza Carmine. The journey takes about 45 minutes.

- Car rental is available at one of the many rental agencies at the airport.
