- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, wardrobe and desk;
- FULL BATHROOM with bathtub with shower head, sink, toilet and bidet;
- SERVICE BATHROOM with sink, toilet and bidet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), mosquito net, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, clothes rack and hairdryer.

ATTENTION:
- The building does NOT have a lift; there will be some stairs to climb.
- The fireplace in the living room is a furnishing accessory and cannot be used.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00

The property is located in the heart of Parma’s historic center, in an area rich in charm and history. The term “Borgo” refers to one of the city’s characteristic streets—often narrow and cobbled—that preserve Parma’s authentic atmosphere.
Just a few minutes’ walk away is Piazza Duomo, home to the majestic Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, one of the finest examples of Romanesque architecture in Italy, and the Baptistery of Parma, renowned for its octagonal shape in pink marble and sculpted decorations.
Also within walking distance are the Palazzo della Pilotta with its museums and the Teatro Farnese, the prestigious Teatro Regio, and the Botanical Garden, a green oasis managed by the University.
The area is also well served by public transport: the "Strada Repubblica Prefettura" bus stop is about a 4-minute walk away, while other stops such as "Piazzale Risorgimento" and "Viale San Michele" can be reached in under 10 minutes. Parma’s train station is approximately 4 km away.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The apartment is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL in Italian), with access prohibited during the following hours: 7:30–11:30 and 16:00–19:00.
For those traveling by car, parking is not included; it is possible to park for a fee in public parking lots located outside the ZTL.
