Cozy flat of 40 square meters, can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 4th floor of a building WITH lift with steps to access it (NOT suitable for disabled people) The property is located in the heart of the most authentic Genoese old town, a few steps from Piazza Raffaele de Ferrari. which is the heart of Genoa from which you can move and reach various places of interest.

The Apartment is composed as follows:
KITCHEN CORNER equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven combined kitchen utensils;
LIVING AREA equipped with a sofa bed ,a double bed, dining table and TV ;
BATHROOM: equipped with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.

Further services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with boiler, washing machine, fan, drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

- From Genova Principe Station, you can reach the flat in about 10 minutes by metro from the stop ‘Principe’ (1 minute walk from the station) to the stop ‘De Ferrari/metro’ (6 stops), 2 minutes walk from the property.
