The entire house is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, armchairs and TV;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, moka, kettle, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed and walk-in closet;
- MEZZANINE (accessible by stairs), with two single beds (one foldaway) and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet and bidet;
- GARDEN with outdoor dining area and parking space available outdoors.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, hot/cold air conditioning, washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE:
- There are several steps both inside and outside the house; be careful if you are traveling with children.
- The fireplace is a piece of furniture and CANNOT be used.
- The sleeping area on the mezzanine (accessible via internal stairs) is not acoustically isolated from the lower level.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
