The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa bed (140x200 cm) and TV;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed (160x200), wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Please pay attention to the step at the entrance to the bathroom.
- There are a few steps to climb to access the elevator.
- The apartment has an 80-liter boiler; in case of prolonged use, the hot water may temporarily run out. It is recommended to wait the necessary time for heating.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and to pay the Tourist Tax.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

Please respect the following quite hours:
- from 10 pm to 8 am;
- from 2 pm to 4 pm.

The property is located in the heart of the Flaminio district, one of the most elegant and liveable areas of Rome, located between the Tiber and Parioli. It is a quiet residential area but at the same time rich in culture, thanks to its proximity to important artistic and sports institutions.
The location is particularly favorable: a few steps away are the Lungotevere, the Teatro Olimpico, the MAXXI (National Museum of 21st Century Arts) and the Auditorium Parco della Musica. In the immediate vicinity there are also the Villaggio Olimpico, known for its architecture and liveliness, the Foro Italico, a large sports complex located at the foot of Monte Mario, Ponte Milvio and the Stadio Olimpico, home to major sporting events and concerts.
The area is excellently connected to the historic center by public transport, thanks to the proximity of Piazza Mancini, an important bus and tram hub.
