Cozy 87 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator (stairs required for access). The property overlooks the stunning Riviera dei Ciclopi, and the seaside area can be reached in just 8 minutes on foot.

The apartment includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two balconies.

Paid street parking is available nearby (blue lines).

The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, dining table, and access to Balcony I;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, desk, wardrobe, and access to Balcony II;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, and TV;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BALCONY I;
- BALCONY II.

FURTHER GUEST AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via wall-mounted A/C unit (located in the hallway), fan, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have an elevator – the apartment is located on the second floor.
Heating is provided via A/C split unit in the hallway.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

We inform you that assistance for any problems related to the check-in with automated access is possible (remotely) until 23:00

In this property check-in is done in self mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is located in Aci Trezza, an enchanting hamlet in the municipality of Aci Castello. The municipality of Aci Castello is located on the eastern coast of Sicily, a few kilometers from Catania. The Castle, from which the municipality takes its name, stands on a promontory of lava rock overlooking the sea.
From the balcony of the apartment it is possible to admire the famous Riviera dei Ciclopi, a very interesting example where history and legend, art and nature are combined, showing visitors a thousand aspects to grasp and observe with disenchanted eyes.
All the main services (bars, restaurants and supermarket) are located near the accommodation.

- In order to better visit the area and fully enjoy the places and points of interest of the city and of Sicily, we recommend you to travel by car. It is possible to rent one upon your arrival at the airport.
