We are a 10 minute drive from the EUR district, the heart of the economic center of Rome, close to the "Palalottomatica" and the new EUROMA 2 shopping center

BEDROOM: double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.

Centralized warming

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment with the regional train to Rome Trastevere. From here, take line 170 and get off at the Marconi Fermi stop. Journey time: 45 minutes.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by taking line 720, getting off at the Millevoi stop, and then continuing with line 766 to the Marconi Gherardi stop. Journey time: 1 hour.

-From Rome Termini station it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 170 to the Marconi Fermi stop. Journey time: 45 minutes.

The house is located outside the ZTL area, if you come by car you can use several parking lots nearby:
- Garage Manolo, Via Vincenzo Brunacci 33, the rate is 2 euros per hour / 10 euros per day
- MASI. S.r.l., Via Oderisi da Gubbio 276, the rate is 2 euros per hour / 5 euros per day.
- Corsetti car park, Via di Vigna Corsetti 10, the rate is 2.5 euros per hour / 12 euros per day.

The structure is located near one of Rome's cycle arteries, a path that runs along the river cutting the city from north to south, with the possibility of joining the GRAB, Rome's great ring road for bicycles.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 2 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you 2 days before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment at a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:00 pm.

NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
