The accommodation boasts a wonderful veranda and enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea, the mountains and the surroundings of Golfo Aranci.
The area is served by all the main services: bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and veranda overlooking the sea.

The internal space
The 60 sqm apartment with independent entrance is located on the mezzanine floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).

The internal space is composed as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, sofa, 55" TV and access to the veranda;
- BEDROOM I with two joinable single beds, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, chest of drawers, split A/C and access to the veranda;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- VERANDA with two armchairs, sofa, two deckchairs and dining table;
- COURTYARD with table, chairs and deckchairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (ONLY in the two bedrooms), washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
Cots and cots for children on request and subject to availability.

ATTENTION. There is a step on the veranda and in the courtyard.

Guests' access
The apartment is at the exclusive guests' disposal for their entire stay!

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Olbia Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

Golfo Aranci is an enchanting coastal town located in the north-east of Sardinia. Known for its crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches, this location offers a tranquil and picturesque setting. Among the main attractions, its numerous beaches stand out, such as Cala Moresca and Spiaggia Bianca, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The Golfo Aranci seafront is perfect for walks, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Cape Figari, with its natural paths, offers panoramic excursions and the possibility of spotting local fauna. The country is also known for dolphin watching and its authentic, relaxing atmosphere.

Getting around
- From Olbia Costa Smeralda airport the simplest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by taxi, which is only 23 minutes away from Olbia airport (20.5 km). Alternatively, you can directly a car.

- From the station, the most convenient way to add the apartment is by taxi, in about 21 minutes (15.3 km) or by renting a car.

- If you travel by car you can park for free on site on white lines (NOT GUARANTEED) or for a fee on blue lines.
