Spacious and bright apartment located 10 minutes walk from the historic center and just 5 minutes walk from the entrance to the Central Station on Via Etramurale Capruzzi and the Quintino Sella stop: ideal for those who travel often or need to reach the the airport with ease. Equipped with three large double bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people and offers every comfort, including two balconies which make the environment even more airy and pleasant.

The 123 m2 accommodation is located on the third floor of a building equipped with a lift (there is 1 step to access it) and is composed as follows:

- Eat-in kitchen with dining table, TV and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with sofa and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and internal bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower
- Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe and desk
- Bedroom III with double bed and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower
- 2 balconies equipped with table and chairs.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with Sky fiber, independent heating, air conditioning vents in all rooms, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

In this facility check-in is carried out in automated access mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.

There are many events and shows such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and above all the Fiera del Levante, an international trade fair, which takes place in September. The Fair aims to encourage exchanges between East and West, of which Bari is traditionally the most available meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: 5 minutes walk from the Central Station and Quintino Sella, 10 minutes walk from the historic center and 10 minutes by car from the seafront, among the liveliest areas of the city, animated by live concerts, parties of San Nicola and numerous events with street food, from the historic center and from the renowned "N'derr alla lanz", the temple of raw fish from Bari.
