Naxos Seaside Apt with Gardens, Parking and Pool

Cozy 70 sqm apartment, organized on several levels, for 5 people, located on the ground floor of a building in Giardini Naxos, a wonderful seaside area near Taormina, about 100 meters from the beach. The accommodation has two furnished gardens, two assigned parking spaces and has access to the shared swimming pool.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and kitchenware), dining table, sofa, TV and access to the garden;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, desk and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with bunk bed (two single beds), chest of drawers and access to the garden;
- BEDROOM III with single bed and access to the garden;
- TWO BATHROOMS with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TWO INDEPENDENT GARDENS with tables, chairs and armchairs;
- SHARED SWIMMING POOL.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the bedroom with the single bed, in the bedroom with the bunk bed and in the living room), fan, washing machine (outside), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
Two private assigned parking spaces (n. 19 and n. 20). Parking space size: 4.80 × 2.22m each.

PLEASE NOTE:
- There are some steps and stairs inside the apartment and in the gardens: be careful if you are traveling with children.
- The shared swimming pool is open from 1st July to 30th September, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00. Please respect the rules indicated on site.
- The two parking spaces are covered (suitable for SUVs, NOT large). Be careful when parking to avoid damage.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30;
EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00.
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

Upon arrival, you'll be asked to pay the city tax of € 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.

The apartment is located in Giardini Naxos, a seaside area full of points of interest, such as the Schisò Castle, the archaeological excavations and the statue of Nike. Near the accommodation, it is possible to find all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy. The beaches of Recanati are just 100 mts from the apartment.
Taormina is only a few km from the property. In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is a must. Furthermore, the beaches adjacent to Isola Bella and the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto are unmissable destinations during your stay.

Main points of interest:
- Beaches: 1 minute on foot;
- Castle of Schisò and Archaeological Park of Capo Schisò: 15 minutes on foot;
- Statue of Nike: 22 minutes on foot;
- Taormina (9 km): 20 minutes by car.

- Da Lino Trattoria Sicilia Bedda (restaurant): 1 minute on foot (42 meters)
- Cafè Sikelia (bar): 1 minute on foot (47 meters);
- Euro Market (grocery store): 2 minutes on foot (180 meters).

- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). There are two private assigned parking spaces on site.

- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Buses stop at Giardini Naxos Recanati Bus Terminal, 4 minutes on foot from the apartment. At this same stop, it is also possible to take buses that lead to Taormina in about 10 minutes.
