Bright and quiet retro-style apartment of about 100 sqm, with beautiful grit floors, for 4 people, located on the second floor of a period building with lift (not suitable for disabled people - some steps to access it). The property is located in a residential area, just over 15 minutes on foot from the central Via Garibaldi, and just 5 minutes on foot from Villa Gropallo Dello Zerbino and its park.
The accommodation consists of kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, 40-inch TV and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, juicer, kitchenware and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, 42-inch TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, desk and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, fan, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
NO air conditioning.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.

The apartment is located in a residential area, characterized by all the main services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The area is also well served by public transport and with a short walk it is possible to reach all the main attractions of the historic center of Genoa. In a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach Villa Gropallo “Dello Zerbino” and its wonderful park.
Genova Brignole station is just over a 10-minute walk from the property.

- From Genoa Piazza Principe Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 20 minutes by taking bus n. 36 to “Armellini 1 / ISTITUTO Chiossone” stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.

- From Brignole Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 10 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, there are several paid parking lots around the property.
