Roomy apartment located in the Borgoratti district and equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 2 people. We are in a quiet residential area, well connected to the historic center, reachable by a single bus, and equipped with all the essential services for a comfortable stay: minimarket, pharmacies and bars are within walking distance. We are also just 2 km from Boccadasse and its beautiful beaches. Genova Sturla station is only 15 minutes away on foot.

The 80 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator: it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it and and some steps at the entrance of the building.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, Nespresso coffee machine, non-electric kettle, toaster, juicer and traditional oven;
- Living room with sofa and TV;
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and split AC;
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box;
- Balcony.

Additional acilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, indipendent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.

The apartment is located in the Borgoratti district, an ancient rural village which has now become a quiet residential area well connected to the historic center thanks to the public transport service. In fact, with a single bus, you can easily reach the main points of interest in the city. In less than 10 minutes by car, however, you can reach the enchanting village of Boccadasse and its splendid beaches.
Near the flat it is possible to find taverns and restaurants offering typical Genoese cuisine. The area is also equipped with every type of service for a comfortable stay: within 450 meters there are pharmacies, minimarkets and bars.

- From Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train to Sestri Levante, final stop "Genova Sturla": from here it is possible to reach the accommodation on foot in 15 minutes (1 km) or by bus line 584 , final stop "Posalunga 2 / SCUOLA" 200m from the apartment.

- From Genova Principe Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 40 minutes by taking the underground with the final stop "Brignole", and then bus n. 44 to the "Posalunga 1/TIMAVO" stop, 150 meters from the flat.
