Cozy apartment of 80 square meters, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift that can be opened with a key (supplied).
The property boasts a panoramic balcony of 7 sqm with awning and a sea view from all rooms.
A short distance from the hotel you will find the most central via Cantore, the Ferry Terminal and the Lanterna of Genoa (open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm).

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, moka, electric kettle, toaster, manual juicer, cooking utensils, wine glasses and access to the balcony), TV 42", dining table, sofa, split A/C;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, coat rack and dresser;
- BEDROOM II with French sofa bed, wardrobe, desk, TV 35" and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM I with bathtub, bidet, washbasin and WC;
- BATHROOM II with shower, washbasin and toilet;
- BALCONY with awning.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (split in the living area), 2 fans, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

There may be noise from the renovation of the facade.
The apartment is located on an uphill road.
Please note that there are steps to access the front door of the building.
Please note that the air conditioning will not be available until the completion of the works on the facade.
In bedroom I, behind the double bed, there is a room: on the left a closet; on the right a private closet closed with a lock.
In bedroom II, above the sofa bed, the wardrobe doors are locked with a lock.
The shower tray in bathroom II is raised.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

A short distance from the apartment you will find the most central via Cantore, the Ferry Terminal for Sardinia, Corsica and Tunisia, and the Lanterna of Genoa (open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm).

- From Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport it is possible to reach the apartment in 45 minutes by taking the bus n.1 from the stop of "Siffredi 3/ALBARETO" (14 minuteson foot from the airport) to the stop of "Via Cantore 14 Ist. Technical" (9 stops), from which you can continue on foot (13 minutes) or reach the stop of "S.b. Del Fossato 1/CANTORE" ( 3 minutes on foot) and take the bus n. 66 to the stop of "S.b. Del Fossato 4/CASE Porto" (3 stops), then walk for less than 100 meters.

- From the Railway Station of Genoa Piazza Principe it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n.3 from the stop of "Piazza Acquaverde in front of the station FS Principe" to the stop of "Via Milano 40C" (5 stops), from which take the bus n.66 to the stop of "S.b. Del Fossato 4/CASE Porto" (3 stops), then continue on foot for less than 100 meters.
