Comfortable 90 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people located on the 8th floor of a building with lift (not suitable for people with disabilities). The property is located in the center of Genoa, a few steps from via Garibaldi, an area full of museums and historic buildings. In about 10 minutes you can reach the San Giorgio underground and the Genoa Aquarium. The accommodation consists of bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the city.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, chest of drawers, dining table.
- KITCHEN with 4-burner gas hob, dining table, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric juicer, moka.
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet.
- TERRACE with two deck chairs and city and sea view. It is accessed via an external staircase.
OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, fan, independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

The apartment is located nearby the via Garibaldi known for the museums and elegant buildings that characterize it. The quality of the architecture and decorations of the buildings are the elements for which in 2006 "The Strade Nuove and the system of the Palazzi del Rolli" were included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is where the prestigious museum system of the Strada Nuova Museums is located, which connects three important Genoese palaces: Palazzo Doria,
Palazzo Bianco and Palazzo Rosso. You can easily reach other places of interest such as the Aquarium, the historic center with its characteristic 'caruggi' and the Porto Antico.
Always on foot through a street you can reach via Balbi in a few minutes where you can visit the Royal Palace and other historic buildings.
A few minutes by car or by bus to reach Corso Italia for a walk overlooking the sea and Boccadasse, a typical fishing village, for an aperitif on the beach.

A few steps away is the funicular that reaches Righi where you can enjoy a breathtaking view, you can have lunch in a good restaurant or you can reach the adventure park or walks to the forts.
The Montegalletto public lift, about 15 minutes away on foot, connects Corso Dogali with the Principe Station.
The nearest bus stop is "P.za Portello 4 Asc. Castelletto Lev." from which the lines 702 and 727 pass, but it is also possible to reach the subway with the San Giorgio stop 10 minutes away on foot.
It is also possible to park for a fee in the Royal Garage S.r.l in Via Martin Piaggio, 11-13 / R about a 7-minute walk from the accommodation.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Upon check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.
