In 10 minutes on foot you can reach Via Garibaldi, from which you can easily explore the city. The flat boasts large interior spaces for a comfortable stay, with 2 bedrooms and a 150sqm terrace with gazebo and chairs for pleasant moments of relax.

The 90 sqm flat is located on the ground floor of a building with elevator: there are three steps at the entrance of the building and an internal one to access the apartment.

The flat is composed as follows:
- Large kitchenette with 4 meter long kitchen, equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, non-electric kettle, toaster, juicer, traditional oven and little electric oven;
- Living area with single sofa bed, single armchair bed and smart TV;
- Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and TV;
- Second bedroom with two single loft beds, wardrobe and desk;
- Toilet with wc, two sinks, bidet and shower box (one step to access it)
- Large 150sqm terrace equipped with gazebo and chairs.

Further facilities available to guests: unlimited WIFI, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.

We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.

The apartment is located in the Castelletto district, an elegant residential area that extends from the gates of the center to the hills surrounding the city. The zone is renowned for its green spaces, such as the beautiful gardens of Villa Gruber De Mari, located just 800m from the flat. Do not miss a visit to the terrace of Belvedere Castelletto, reachable by an Art Nouveau elevator, which offers a breathtaking view over the roofs of the city and, in the distance, the sea.
The district is well connected with the historic center thanks to the public transport service, while in 10 minutes on foot you can reach Via Garibaldi, an excellent starting point for exploring the city. It is also served by all kinds of services for a comfortable stay: in fact, within 400 meters there are pharmacies, tobacconists, minimarkets and bars.

- From the Cristoforo Colombo Airport in Genoa, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 50 minutes, taking the regional train to Genova Nervi with the final stop in Genova Piazza Principe, and then bus n. 36 to the Paganini/Ponte Caffaro stop, 450 meters from the flat.

- From Genova Principe Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 20 minutes by taking bus n. 36 to the Paganini/Ponte Caffaro stop, 450 meters from the flat.

- The apartment is accessible by car. Street parking must be paid on blue lines. Alternatively, you can park at the Royal Park Corvetto, located in Via Martin Piaggio 11, at 1 km from the flat.
