The space
The apartment of approximately 88 m2 is located on the fourth floor of a characteristic building with a lift (it is small in size, NOT suitable for disabled people). The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and dining table.
- BEDROOM I with double bed.
- BEDROOM II with a bunk bed and a desk.
- BATHROOM with shower, washer/dryer, sink, bidet and WC.
- Panoramic BALCONY equipped with table and chairs

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating with three electric radiators, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
