"I 20 archi" - Apt Arc deTriomphe

Comfortable studio apartment that hosts up to 4 people, located in the "I 20 Archi" structure with an enviable position: in the historic centre, just 100 meters from the Old Port and 500 meters from the most photographed beach in Monopoli, Cala Porta Vecchia. Area equipped with every essential service and typical restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets. For larger groups, it is possible to book the other two studio apartments of the structure "Costantino" and "Victoria" for a total of 8 beds.

The 35 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a building without elevator: it is noted that you need to climb the stairs to access it.

The internal space is divided as follows:
- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with two induction burners, dining table, mini fridge with freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle
- LIVING/NIGHT AREA with double bed, two single bunk beds, wardrobe, split A/C and TV
- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box

Next to the entrance to the apartment there is a space equipped with table and chairs, which however is NOT private (there is the possibility that the other guests of the structure pass by to access the Victoria apartment).

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pumps, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

ATTENTION: The historic center of Monopoli is located within a limited traffic area so the apartment can be reached by car only at certain times of the day and parking is limited. From June to September the historic center can be reached by using 3 Park & ​​ride areas at a cost of 2 euro or by using the bus that leaves from the station for the center.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Monopoli for the first 14 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk from all the attractions of the city. In particular, just 70 meters from the property is Piazza Garibaldi, full of restaurants, ice cream parlors and pubs, where the vivacity of colours, sounds and scents dominates. Furthermore, at 500 meters there is the sixteenth-century Castle of Charles V, dating back to the Spanish domination of the city. The historic center of Monopoli is distinguished by the ancient port and a free beach. In recent years, a series of restaurants and bars have populated the monumental streets and squares, making this splendid town an unmissable destination in Puglia and Southern Italy.
