The accommodation is located outside the Traffic Restricted Area. It is possible to park for a fee in the street.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, communal heating, air conditioning (split in the bedroom), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the lift is not suitable for disabled people - 5 steps to access it.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment is centrally located and it's the ideal solution for staying in the city center while remaining far from the chaos. The location is excellent, in about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the San Giovanni Basilica, the Lateran palace and the Scala Santa, a place of worship for the faithful from all over the world. In 4 minutes on foot you can also reach Piazza Re di Roma where you can find the subway stop to reach all the main points of interest in the city such as Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and the Vatican Museums.

-Colosseum and Fori Imperiali: 20 minutes by public transport;
-Piazza Navona and Pantheon: 31 minutes by public transport.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by Leonardo Express shuttle service. From the train station you can take the MEA Anagnina underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Cinecittà (Tuscolana/Cinecittà stop) by 520 bus line. From Cinecittà it is possible to take the MEA Battistini underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the MEA Anagnina underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street (NOT garanteed) or at Appio Parking, in via Faleria 24, a 6 minute walk away.

There is a step at the entrance of the building.

The lift is not suitable for disabled people - steps to access it.

Please note the presence of a step to access the shower.

Hot water is supplied by boiler, you may need to wait for it to recharge.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Silence from 10PM to 8AM

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
