Characteristic and comfortable 43sqm studio apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building and has been recently renovated preserving the typical charm of the apulian rock ceilings and vaults.
The building is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, active from 19:00 to 06:00 (including holidays).
It is possible to park (for a fee) in Piazza Pellicciari, about 5 minutes walk away from the apartment.

The inside is organized as follows:
-SPLEEPING AREA: double bed, double bedside table.
-LIVING AREA: sofa bed, dining table, small desk, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers
-KITCHENETTE: hob, fridge, small electric oven and moka.
-BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split A/C, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

The apartment is located in a characteristic ancient building located in Larghetto Fondovico small courtyard. Ideally located to visit Gravina's main points of interest on foot, the apartment is 2 minutes walk away from Gravina Sotterranea entrance, a mandatory stop for those who decide to visit the Murgian city. It is possible to choose between different tours but, regardless of your choice, you will be fascinated by the spectacular underground network that winds through the meanders of the city, a unique experience of its kind.
In the area, within a 5-minute walk, you can visit the renowned rock church of San Michele delle Grotte, Palazzo Ducale Orsini, as well as the Santa Maria Assunta Cathedral, located close to the Belvedere Gravina panoramic point.
In 10 minutes on foot you can reach and walk on Gravina stream bridge, a link between the historic center and the most modern area of ​​the city. A 90 meters walk at a eight of 40 meters from which you can admire the panorama offered by the Murgia National Park and the archaeological site.
Beyond the stream you can visit one of the Gravina in Puglia symbols: the Seven Chamber complex. Caves and galleries from which it is possible to admire the deep canyon characterized by hundreds of openings carved into the tuff rock, remains of medieval settlements.

In order to better visit the area and to enjoy the best of the beauties of the entire region, we recommend traveling by car or, alternatively, renting one upon your arrival at the Airport or Bari Centrale Train station.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 01:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:00 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:00
Late check-ins are not available after 01:00.
