Apartment located on the ninth, and last, floor of a 1960s building equipped with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people), with three steps at the entrance.
In 90 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people with two double bedrooms.

We are located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, near the Olympic Stadium.
Possibility to park for a fee, on blue lines, on the street.

The internal space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN: four gas burners, fridge and freezer, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven, citrus juicer, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM I (service): sink and toilet.
Closed balcony with washing machine and storage room.

BATHROOM II (complete): shower cubicle (with step to climb up), sink and hairdryer. Step to access the toilet and bidet.

LIVING ROOM: relaxation area with two sofas (NOT sofa beds) and TV, dining area with wooden table and chairs, portable fan. Direct access to the terrace with table and four chairs, panoramic view of the city.

BEDROOM I: double bed (1.60x.1.90cm), two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and portable fan.
BEDROOM II: double bed (1.60x.1.90cm), two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and portable fan.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Autonomous heating.

The first and most important feature of that neighborhood is the covered market which is located right across the street from the building that houses the apartment. Full of colours, scents and popularity, it is a pleasure to talk to the people who populate it and let yourself be invaded by their vitality. Furthermore, if you are interested in art or music, you can reach the national museum of arts, the MAXXI and the Parco della Musica on foot. Not to mention the Olympic theater which is right behind it. In short, a neighborhood rich in art, culture and Romanness!
Getting around
We can be reached from:

- ROME FIUMICINO AIRPORT: take the shuttle to Rome Termini. Continue with bus no. 910, to the Melozzo Da Forli' stop, 2 minutes from the apartment. Travel time: 1 hour and 15 minutes.

- ROME CIAMPINO AIRPORT: take bus no. 520 to the Tuscolana/Cinecitta' stop, continue with metro A to the Ottaviano stop, and then continue with bus no. 32 to the Lgt Cadorna/M.Llo Giardino stop, less than 10 minutes from the apartment. Travel time: 1 hour and 20 minutes.

- ROME TERMINI STATION: take bus no. 910, to the Melozzo Da Forli' stop, 2 minutes from the apartment. Travel time: 40 minutes.

- IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: possibility of parking on blue lines, for a fee, on the street.
Possibility of paid parking at the Roma - Service Parking - Olympic Stadium, less than 5 minutes away.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
