Our cozy and elegant apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building (without elevator) in the Florence historical city centre, just a few steps away from the well-known “Mercato Centrale”, the main train station and the cathedral of San Lorenzo.
Its central position is extremely favourable for tourists, for those who need to reach the main exhibition centre at the "Fortezza da Basso" and for those who participate in events organized by Firenze Fiera.

The loft can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. Our place is the perfect choice for both short and long stays.

KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM: fully equipped kitchen with oven, dining table, fridge, coffee moka, electric kettle, microwave, various cooking utensils and wine glasses. Sofa bed and chimney (it is absolutely forbidden to turn it on).

BED ROOM: bedroom with mezzanine, there are two single beds and a sofa bed with a desk. On request the two single beds can become a comfortable double bed.

BATHROOM: Jacuzzi, shower box and toilet with bidet.

EXTRAS: heating, one cooling fan, a closet, a hair dryer, an iron, television and clotheshorse.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you after booking with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

A surcharge applies for arrivals for check-ins after 21:00:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Via San Zanobi is a very quiet street of the Florence historical city centre. It is very close to the most important monuments, typical restaurants and bars, supermarkets, taxi and bus stops. Nearby you can find the lively ‘Mercato Centrale di San Lorenzo’ with characteristic ‘artisans of taste’ and small shops open all day long. Pizzerias and excellent restaurants surround the basilica. Piazza Duomo 10 minutes, San Marco, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio ... Everything within easy reach.

Florence is a small city and most of the attractions are at a walking distance. Bikes can also be rent.

-From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport you can easily reach the apartment by T2 line to "Unità" stop in about 30 minutes, just 10 minutes away from the house by foot.

-From Santa Maria Novella station you can reach the apartment by foot in about 10 minutes.

If you're travelling by car, we inform you that the apartment is located inside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, so please pay attention to the accesses.
It is possible to park, for a fee, at the Garage San Zanobi, in San Zanobi street, 29/R.
