- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, small desk and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE with outdoor furniture (table and chairs).

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you after booking with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

A surcharge applies for arrivals for check-ins after 21:00:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Santa Maria Novella station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 10 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, please note that the historic center of Florence is a Restricted-Traffic Area (ZTL), which can be accessed by car only by parking in one of the garages in the center. The closest is Garage delle Terme, a 3-minute walk from the property, which provides authorization to enter the center.
