The flat is located within the Restricted Traffic Area, pay attention to the accesses. It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at the Michelangelo Garage (4 minutes on foot)

-LIVING AREA: 2 folding single beds, split A/C, sofa, tv
-KITCHENETTE: 4-burner hob, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and stools with shelf.
-BATHROOM: washing machine, shower, sink, bidet and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: there may be some noise due to the work in progress for the construction of the new tramway line near the property.

Due to the stairs leading to the mezzanine, it is not possible to accommodate children under the age of 12.

The whole flat will be at your complete disposal.

The studio overlooks Piazza San Marco, a few steps from the Accademia Gallery (where it is possible to admire Michelangelo's David and many other works by the artist) and from San Marco Basilica, adjacent to the homonymous Art Museum. In less than 10 minutes on foot, walking along Palazzo Medici Riccardi, you can easily reach Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral and San Giovanni Baptistery. The location is ideal: all the main points of interest in the city are easily accessible on foot or by public transportation.

-From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by T2 Tramway with exchange at "Fratelli Rosselli" stop, taking line 23 which stops in Piazza San Marco, in front of the apartment.

-From Santa Maria Novella Train Station it is possible to reach the apartment by line 14, to "Piazza San Marco" stop.

If you're travelling by car, please pay attention, the building is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area. It is possible to park, for a fee, in the surrounding streets or at Garage Michelangelo, 4-minute walk away on foot.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
