IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. In addition, upon check-in, city tax must be paid cash: EUR 5.50 per person per night of stay.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

- If you are traveling by car, please note that the historic center of Florence is a Restricted-Traffic Area (ZTL), which can be accessed by car only by parking in one of the garages in the center. The closest is Garage delle Terme, a 3-minute walk from the property, which provides authorization to enter the center.
