This spacious and comfortable 75sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic building of the '300 (former convent) that still retains its peculiar characteristics, in an elegant setting in the historic center, overlooking the central market of San Lorenzo and on the Church of San Lorenzo. The beautiful Piazza Duomo and Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is just 500 meters away, and all the main attractions are conveniently reachable by walk. Our house can accommodate up to 4 people, and has a large living room with sofa and sitting area, open kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms - with double beds, bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer. All the furniture is extremely refined in the details, and the wood of the parquet and the ceiling makes the atmosphere particularly warm and welcoming, you will feel just like you are at home! The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils, and will allow you to prepare quick snacks or complete meals. Our guests will also have air conditioning, unlimited free WiFi, TV and independent heating.

Other architectural jewels of the area are the Basilica of San Lorenzo, the Medici Chapels, important palaces such as the Medici-Riccardi.
In the market square a rich choice of trattorias allow you to taste the typical Florentine steak, the traditional croutons, ribollita, stew, tomato soup. The Central Market building has open ground floor in the morning, with a choice of land and sea products, vegetables, and some historical shops such as Nerbone.

From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, it is possible to reach the accommodation in 30 minutes of travel, by the T2 line, getting off at the "Unità" stop, 500m from the apartment. The Santa Maria Novella station is only a 5-minute walk from the flat.

The best way to get around the historic center of Florence is walking. The apartment is located in the Limited Traffic Area (ZTL). It is possible to park for a fee, just 250 meters away, at Parking Sant'Orsola, that permits to get in the area. Alternatively, at less than 20 minutes walking is located the Parking Parterre, a cheaper option.
