Located on the ground floor, with steps to access, of a building 4 minutes walk away from Ponte Vecchio and less than 10 minutes from Palazzo Pitti, the apartment is the ideal position to visit all the main points of interest in the city comfortably on foot or by public transportation. The apartment is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area. Paid parking garages in Ponte Vecchio area (less than 5 minutes walk).

-LIVING AREA: sofa bed, TV and small desk
-KITCHEN: 2-burner hob, compact fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and dining table
-BATHROOM: washing machine, shower, sink and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, portable air conditioner in the living area (it is not possible to move it to other rooms), iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer

The apartment is located in an ideal area to visit Florence and it is the best solution to admire the historical beauties and city gardens comfortably on foot or by public transportation. We are in the heart of the historic center, few steps away from Ponte Vecchio and the characteristic goldsmith shops, in an area close to all the main points of interest in the city such as the Boboli Gardens with its majestic blooms, the Uffizi Gallery and Piazza della Signoria.

If you're travelling by car, we inform you that the apartment is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, please pay attention to the accesses.
It is possible to park, for a fee, at the Lungarno Garage in Borgo San Jacopo, 4 minutes walk from the accommodation, or at the Anglo Americano Garage, 4 minutes away on foot.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you after booking with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

A surcharge applies for arrivals for check-ins after 21:00:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
