Nice and hospitable apartment near the center of Florence. The property is located on the second floor of an ancient building but in excellent condition and without a lift. The apartment consists of a living area with armchair, table with two chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, various utensils, microwave and toaster. The bedroom is basic and comfortable. The bathroom, in modern style, is equipped with a countertop sink, with mirror, hairdryer and shower. Other services available to guests are: Wifi, air conditioning, heating and TV.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
