The property is located in a lively district, full of services and well served by public transport, ideal for visiting the city, but at the same time staying away from the chaos of the historic center. The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a terrace with table and chairs for relaxing or dining outdoors.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction hob with two burners, refrigerator, moka, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, TV, small wardrobes and two easy chairs;
- BEDROOM with double bed and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet;
- TERRACE with outdoor furniture (table and chairs).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wi-fi, air conditioning (split in the living area), washing machine (in the bathroom), heating with heat pumps, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer and insect screens.

Baby cot available on request.

FURTHER INFORMATION: there are internal steps to access the kitchenette and to access the terrace.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.
Upon check-in, city tax must be paid cash: 5.50 EUR per person per night of stay.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any inquiries and information, to make your stay even more interesting and comfortable.

The apartment is located in Via Gioberti, a lively street full of services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The area enjoys a strategic position, halfway between Artemio Franchi Stadium and Nelson Mandela Forum (ideal for football and concert lovers) and the center, easily accessible by public transportation or with a walk. Once in the center, it will be possible to visit all the main attractions of the city comfortably on foot.
