Comfortable and bright 80 sqm apartment, able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, is located on the third and top floor of a late 19th century building with lift. The property is located in an elegant neighborhood near the historic center of Florence, just a few minutes on foot from Santa Maria Novella railway station.
The apartment is located in the ZTL (traffic-restricted area); it is possible to park for a fee at Porta al Prato car park, a 10-minute walk from the property.

The apartment is organized on different levels:

> LOWER LEVEL:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and dining area;
- KITCHEN with hob, fridge, traditional oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils;
- SERVICE BATHROOM with sink, bidet and toilet;

> MEZZANINE with BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;

> UPPER LEVEL:
- BEDROOM II with double bed;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI, heating, A/C, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Surely a great start to explore the city is to go into the district of Santa Maria Novella, just the one where the central station is located. You can rest for a moment from the journey by sitting in Piazza Santa Maria Novella, then visit the basilica and then stroll through the narrow streets nearby. You schould go up to Via della Scala, stop and take a look at the historic Pharmacy, the oldest in Europe.

Piazza Santa Maria Novella is the right place to stop for a moment, make plans for the day and relax while admiring the basilica. You can take a sandwich in one of the bars that overlook it and then enjoy it strolling while familiarizing yourself with the city looking at the palaces from the luxurious apartments that stand in the square.

A visit to the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella is a must to do: even if you do not have time to see the whole complex with the convent, the cloisters and the chapels, enter at least to admire the internal structure of the basilica and some of its wonderful frescoes .

A stop certainly out of the ordinary is what you can do in Via della Scala at the Pharmacy of Santa Maria Novella, the oldest in Europe: in a monumental setting, frescoed and furnished with antique furniture, you can not only visit the collections scientific, but also buy perfumes and pharmaceutical products. Another interesting stop is at the National Museum of Alinari photography.

The district of Santa Maria Novella offers many ideas just by walking it, through the small and characteristic streets behind the square, like via delle Belledonne, stopping in the many typical small locales that dot them.

-From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport you can easily reach the apartment by T2 line to "Alamanni" stop in about 20 minutes.

-From Santa Maria Novella station you can reach the apartment by foot in about 5 minutes.

If you're travelling by car, we inform you that the apartment is located inside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, so please pay attention to the accesses.
It is possible to park, for a fee, at the Porta al Prato parking.
