Our elegant and comfortable apartment ideal for 4 guests is located in the ancient village of Marola, where you can discover the real Liguria, where you can immerse yourself in the life of a small Ligurian village, a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. Taste the gastronomic specialties of the Golfo dei Poeti, take advantage of the proximity of the sea and enjoy moments of pure relax!
The space
The 60 sq m apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of a characteristic period building NOT equipped with a lift, we also point out the presence of internal stairs to access the mezzanine.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, electric kettle, moka coffee maker, microwave oven and kitchen utensils
- Living area with sofa and TV
- Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe
- Additional sleeping area on the mezzanine equipped with a double sofa bed
- Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle
- Terrace furnished with table, chairs and awning with a panoramic sea view

Further services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating, inverter air conditioning (2 splits - in the living area and in the sleeping area), iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not recommend the accommodation for families with small children due to the steep internal staircase.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes).
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
