Paid parking is available in the Borgoricco multi-storey car park or on the paid street in Corso Isonzo

BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet and hairdryer.

Mezzanine where there is a double bed and a single bed in the upper area.

Heating: electric thermo heat pump in the bathroom.

MOVEMENTS:
- BOLOGNA AIRPORT - MARCONI: take the shuttle to Bologna station and proceed with bus no. 1 to the Cavour P. Beretta stop. Walking time: about 1 hour.

- FERRARA TRAIN STATION: take bus no. 11 to the Corso Porta Reno stop. Journey time: 15 minutes.

- IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: We are in the historic centre, in the ZTL area. Paid parking is available in the Borgoricco multi-storey car park or on the paid street in Corso Isonzo

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
