The property is located in the center of Ferrara just outside the eastern walls, a few steps from Corso della Giovecca.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, kitchen, 3 balconies, 2 of which are open.

A private garage is also included for the exclusive use of guests (NOT suitable for large cars and SUVs).

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, TV, access to the balcony with coffee table.
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, moka, extendable dining table, access to the covered balcony with washing machine.
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, access to the balcony.
- BEDROOM 2 with 3 single beds, wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, split of the AC above the bathroom door, heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

PETS:
Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning.

MOVEMENTS:
FROM BOLOGNA MARCO POLO AIRPORT: Take the shuttle to Bologna Centrale and continue by train to Ferrara.
From Ferrara station take bus no. 9 and get off at the Pomposa La Nave stop, then proceed for 3 minutes on foot.
Travel time, approximately 1 hour and 14 minutes.

FROM FERRARA STATION: take bus no. 9 and get off at the Pomposa La Nave stop, then proceed for 3 minutes on foot.
Travel time, approximately 16 minutes.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: A private garage for the exclusive use of guests is also included (NOT suitable for large cars and SUVs).

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara, equal to 0.30 cent.

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
