Cozy 60 sqm apartment with balcony, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor (with lift NOT suitable for disabled people) of a renovated modern building. The property enjoys a privileged position in "Lido degli Estensi", a few steps from the beach and "Viale Carducci."
The apartment has a living area with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony and a private covered parking space.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with kitchenette (gas hob with 4 burners, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, moka, kettle, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table for 4 people, French sofa bed and TV;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, TV and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with single bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower box (one step to access to it), sink, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split in the living area and in the sleeping area, between the bathroom and the bedrooms), ceiling fan (in the double bedroom), independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline and soundproof windows.

Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning.

PAY ATTENTION: due to the market on Thursday it is NOT possible to reach the apartment by car as the street is blocked. It is NOT possible to park the car along the road for the same reasons.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

FURTHER INFORMATION:
- A private covered parking space (also suitable for SUVs) is included and is located in the back of the building, a few meters from the accommodation, with access with a key;
- You can leave your bikes in the shared garden for free.

- From Ferrara railway station, it is necessary to take the train to Ravenna railway station. From Ravenna railway station, it is necessary to move to Ravenna bus station (9 minutes on foot), where it is possible to take bus n. 333 to “Lido Estensi Manzoni” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- For those traveling by car, the property includes a private covered parking space. In addition, free street parking near the accomodation is available (NOT guaranteed).
