In 75 square meters of space it accommodates 6 people with a double bedroom, a single bedroom and in the living room a single sofa bed and a French sofa bed.

We are located near the A13 motorway exit of Fiera Ferrara.
Possibility to park for free on the street.

LIVING AREA: French sofa bed and a single sofa bed, TV and kitchenette with four gas burners, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, gas kettle, microwave oven, traditional oven and various kitchen utensils.

BEDROOM 1: double bed and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2: single bed, desk and wardrobe.

BATHROOM 1: with shower cubicle and bathtub, bidet and toilet.
BATHROOM 2: bidet, washing machine and toilet.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: split A/C (located in the double bedroom, single bedroom and in the living room), unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board.

Private garden for the exclusive use of guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

MOVEMENTS:
- FERRARA TRAIN STATION: take bus no. 2 (6 stops) to the Kennedy stop and continue with bus no. 356 (4 stops) to the bus stop
Chiesuol Del Fosso Church. Total walking time: 30 minutes.

- BOLOGNA MARCO POLO AIRPORT: Marconi Express to Bologna Centrale and continue with bus no. 356 to the Chiesuol Del Fosso Chiesa stop. Total walking time: 1 hour and 25 minutes.

- IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: we are located near the Fiera Ferrara exit of the A13 motorway.
Possibility to park for free on the street.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
