'La casa Gialla' central Apartment!

The "Casa Gialla" is located in the ancient heart of Ferrara, the Castrum, also called Castello dei Curtensi.
The 126 sqm house is independent, can accommodate up to 5 people and is spread over three floors in a period building. There are stairs inside the apartment, so we recommend attention to children.
A 7-minute walk from the oldest part of the Walls (Via del Baluardi) and the "Casa Gialla" is the ideal base for experiencing the city in the most authentic way.

The 126 sqm house is on three floors, it should be noted that there are stairs inside and steps to access the apartment.

The internal space is organized as follows:

-BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, armchair;
-BEDROOM II with single bed, desk and chair,
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, split A/C, table with chairs, armchair, DVD player;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven, electric kettle, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
-BATHROOM I with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet;
-BATHROOM II with bathtub, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wifi, independent heating, hot water, air conditioning, soundproofing windows, mosquito nets, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 43 minutes by car / taxi;

- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to take bus n. 1/2/6 to "Alfonso d'Este Museo Di Spina" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property;

-For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) in via Baluardi and in via XX Settembre, a few minutes' walk from the apartment.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara, equal to 0.30 cent.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
