- From Ferrara station, the apartment is easily reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot (650 meters away);
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 35 minutes by car / taxi or by train starting from Bologna Centrale and arriving at Ferrara station in 50 minutes;
- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL area, and it is possible to park for free nearby.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
