Comfortable 100 mq apartment in the center of Ferrara that can accommodate up to 7 people. The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building and without an elevator. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Being in the heart of the historic city of Ferrara, it is within the ZTL (limited traffic area) and it is in fact possible to reach the main points of interest on foot.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM TV and three sofas (including a single sofa bed that becomes a double if necessary).
- livable KITCHEN with 4-burner gas hob, fridge, oven, kettle.
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C.
- BEDROOM 2 with 3 single beds, desk and wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with sink, shower with tub, bidet and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, heating, 2 fans, clothesline, iron, hairdryer and washing machine.

There is also a private bicycle storage (not supplied) with lock.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

MOVEMENTS:
FROM BOLOGNA MARCONI AIRPORT: Take the shuttle to Bologna Centrale and continue by train to Ferrara.
From Ferrara station take bus no. 11 and get off at the Corso Porta Reno stop, then proceed for about 10 minutes on foot.
Travel time, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

FROM FERRARA STATION: take bus no. 11 and get off at the Corso Porta Reno stop, then proceed for about 10 minutes on foot.
Travel time, approximately 20 minutes.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in. It is possible to park for a fee in one of the nearby garages open 24/7.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
