We are located near the Fiera di Ferrara and at the Ferrara Sud exit of the A13 motorway.
Parking space in the courtyard for one car based on availability, free street parking via Aeroporto or via Bologna or via Mambro.

KITCHEN: complete with moka pot, traditional oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle and various utensils.
LIVING ROOM: relaxation area with double sofa bed and TV, dining table.
BEDROOM I: double bed, wardrobe and split A/C.
BEDROOM II: three single beds, wardrobe and split A/C.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet and sink, hairdryer and washing machine.

- From Ferrara Station, it is possible to take bus no. 11 to the "Bologna Pesci" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property;

- For those traveling by car: parking space in the courtyard for one car based on availability, free street parking via Aeroporto or via Bologna or via Mambro.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara, equal to 0.30 cent.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
