Apartment located on the ground floor of a renovated period building, with independent entrance.
In 35 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people.
Overlooking the private internal courtyard and one along the main entrance road.

Parking available free of charge along viale Baluardi and ex Mof while the Baluardi car park is available for a fee. We are outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone).
Via Mayr is famous for being a street full of clubs and restaurants.

The internal space is divided as follows:

- LIVING AREA: double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), smart TV, kitchenette (hidden) complete with four induction burners, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, wine glasses and various tools. AC Split.
- BEDROOM: double bed (1.60 x1.90 m), a bedside table with lamp, smart TV and wardrobe. AC Split.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink, hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline and mosquito nets.
Autonomous heating.

External area with closet (complete with washing machine), coffee table and two chairs.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara station, you can take bus no. 1 / 6 / 9 to the "Giovecca Montebello" stop, 10 minutes walk from the property;
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car/taxi;
- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking is located in via Carlo Mayr and via XX Settembre, a few minutes' walk away.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara, equal to 0.30 cent.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
