Charming 100 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the eighth and top floor of a building with lift + stairs (NOT suitable for disabled people). The accommodation boasts a wonderful 80 sqm terrace overlooking Mount Etna and is located in a strategic position in a quiet residential area, equipped with all services, and well connected to the centre.
The apartment has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs, TV and access to the terrace;
- DINING ROOM with dining table;
- KITCHEN with small gas hob (2 burners), fridge, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave oven, kitchenware, small tables, split A/C and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, split A/C, PRIVATE BATHROOM (with chromotherapy shower, sink, bidet and toilet) and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, clothes stand, split A/C and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM III with double bed and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with whirlpool tub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE with covered area with tables and chairs;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split in the kitchen, in bedrooms I and II), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: the fireplace in the living room is NOT usable.

There are some steps to access the lift. The lift reaches the 7th floor; then, it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€2,00 per person/night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Catania, equipped with all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, post offices, take-away pizzerias and pharmacy. Furthermore, the area is well served by public transport, through which it will be possible to quickly reach the historic center of the city and its attractions, such as Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the historic local market, the monastery of Benedictine, the Ursino Castle, the Greek Roman theater, the Vincenzo Bellini opera house and the homonymous garden.
