The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with single sofa bed and TV;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, wardrobe, balcony access, and A/C split unit;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS DISPOSAL: unlimited WiFi, heating, and air conditioning (one split unit in the main area), drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator - the apartment is on the second floor.
Heating is provided by the A/C split unit in the main area.
There are steps to reach the kitchen and the main area.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Check-in is done through self-check-in.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is located in Catania city center, just a few minutes walk from San Giuliano Church, a district renowned for its Baroque-style buildings. In a few minutes on foot you can easily reach all the main points of interest in the area: Piazza Duomo and Sant'Agata Cathedral, the historic street market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek Roman theater, the opera house Vincenzo Bellini and the homonymous garden.
Walking through the streets of the city you will come across many bars, restaurants and pastry shops where you can enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical products of Sicilia region, known throughout Italy and the world.
In the neighborhood you can easily find all the comforts you need during your stay: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars. A few steps away, it is possible to find Via Etnea, a renowned shopping street in the city center.
The apartment is ideally located for those who want not only to visit the city, but also to move around to visit the places of interest around the city, since it is located pretty close to Catania Train Station where you can find buses leaving to all the commonly visited places, such as Taormina, Syracuse, Noto, Piazza Armerina, Ragusa, Palermo. The station is easily reachable by public transportation, just a couple of stops, from Piazza Borsellino (5 minutes on foot from the apartment).

If you're travelling by car, you can find parking lots in the sorrounding streets for a fee (blue lines) or, alternatively, at the Garage Borsellino, which is about 5 minutes away on foot.
