Cozy 100 sqm apartment, ideal for 8 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator (stairs to access).
The accommodation is situated in the Pischina Salida resort, in the northwestern tip of Sardinia, near Capo Caccia. The resort offers various services, including a shared swimming pool, bar, restaurant, and private beach.

The interior space is composed as follows:

- KITCHEN with induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM II with double bed, A/C split, and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM III with bunk bed, A/C split, and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM IV with bunk bed, A/C split, and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM 1 with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BATHROOM 2 with shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine;
- TERRACE with dining table and sofa;
- SHARED SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS COURT, and PADDLE COURT;
- Access to PRIVATE BEACH.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS: WIFI, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, air conditioning.

POOL, PADDLE, and TENNIS COURT HOURS:
Open from 31 May to September 29th, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
There is a caretaker on-site.
Club Capo Caccia registration: €5 per person (14 years and older).

PLEASE NOTE: Tennis and paddle courts are available upon request and reservation.

Please note that there are steps to access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the town of Alghero equal to EUR 1.00 or 0.50 cent, depending on the season.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Alghero Climatic Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.

N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 10 pm.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The apartment is located within the village of Pischina Salida, about 20.9 km from the center of Alghero, on the west coast of Sardinia.
The village is overlooking the beautiful beach of Cala Calcina, within the Bay of Porto Conte. Pischina Salida looks at the turquoise and crystal clear waters of the Coral Riviera and its enviable location allows you to visit the Marine Protected Area of Capo Caccia-Isola Piana, a natural reserve of considerable interest and paradise for snorkelers.
Along with Capo Caccia, Pischina Salida is one of the most popular destinations: surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and lush vegetation, this place is the ideal starting point to visit the most famous beaches of Alghero such as Le Bombarde, the Lazzaretto, the beach of Maria Pia and Cala Mugoni.
In this place you can take a wonderful boat tour of the coves surrounding Punta Quadro, and in the evening enjoy a walk along the stalls of Lido San Giovanni, in Alghero.
From Pischina Salida you can also reach the archaeological sites of the nuraghe Palmavera and the necropolis Anghelu Ruju, as well as the most beautiful monuments of Alghero, namely the Pegna Tower and the Tower of Porta Terra.

- From Alghero Airport (connected all year with many national and international destinations), you can reach the apartment by bus line 714 from the stop "Aeroporto Fertilia" (about 3 minutes walk), to the stop "Fertilia Piazza Venezia Giulia". From here, you need to take the bus line 9321 to get off at the stop "Capo Caccia Villette", just 2 minutes walk from the property. Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car in about 23 minutes (20 km).

- From Alghero station you can reach the property from "Alghero La Pietraia" (4 minutes walk) where you can take the bus line 9321 and get off at "Capo Caccia Villette", just 2 minutes on foot from the property.

- For those travelling by car, you can park on the street for free on white stripes (NOT guaranteed).
