It is located just 25 minutes by car from Trapani and Marsala, 11 m from Trapani airport and 15 m from the beaches.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, table with chairs, 32" TV and access to the entrance veranda;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and access to the veranda;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- COURTYARD WITH VERANDA covered with awning and equipped with dining table, barbecue, chairs with table, deckchairs and outdoor shower;
- PRIVATE POOL.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning via split (ONLY in the two bedrooms), washing machine, a portable fan, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
Baby cot always available.

ATTENTION. There are steps in height between the courtyard and the swimming pool, entrance veranda and the apartment.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €1,00 per person per night of stay.

For all late check-ins from 22 till 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in Misiliscemi, in the western part of Sicily, in the province of Trapani. You will find yourself in a small village characterized by a quiet and traditional atmosphere. The accommodation is located just 20 minutes by car from Trapani, known as the "City of a Hundred Churches" and is a treasure chest: it houses baroque buildings, churches and castles that frame a breathtaking panorama overlooking one of the most beautiful seas in the world . Misiliscemi is also the ideal starting point for exploring Le Saline, the Egadi islands, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo and the beautiful natural areas and beaches of Western Sicily.
Furthermore, in just 25 minutes by car you can reach Marsala, famous for its wine production and a city rich in history. The historic center of Marsala is characterized by narrow streets with suggestive views and historic buildings such as baroque churches and ancient palaces. Marsala is also known for its natural beauty, such as the Stagnone Nature Reserve, an area of ​​great ecological value which includes the largest salt lagoon in Sicily.
