Elegant apartment of 193 sqm located on the first floor of a vintage building with elevator (5 steps to access), able to accommodate up to 7 people.
The accommodation is located near the city center of Mantua, in just 15 minutes walk you can reach all the main attractions and the area is served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.

The interior space consists of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balcony.

The accommodation is located on the first floor of a period building with elevator (5 steps to access).

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM 3 with three single beds, chest of drawers;
- large living room with two sofas, smart TV, table and chairs;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, juicer, various cooking utensils, wine glasses, balcony;
- BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY in kitchen equipped with small table and chairs, communicating with the living room.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning in all rooms, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes stand, hair dryer, washing machine, single folding bed, safe.

ATTENTION: the parking space is accessible only for small/medium sized cars. Large cars can be parked on the street in front of the house or in one of the nearby city car parks (for a fee).


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Mantova equal to €3.00 or €2.50 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, according to the location: Unesco Zone or outside UNESCO.

You can check in with our key holder from9:00 am to 12:00 and check out by 10 am.

Please note that the check-in time must always be agreed directly with the property and there is a surcharge as follows: from 12.00 to 19.00>> 40 euro and from 19:00 to 22:00 >> 60 euro.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The city is a jewel for lovers of art and history, where you can admire: Palazzo Ducale, Basilica di Sant'Andrea, Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza Sordello and the famous Castle of San Giorgio.
Finally, you walk around one of the three lakes, Lake Mezzo, created by the river Mincio around.

Alternatively, you can take the regional train to Mantua station, just a 10-minute walk from the property.

- From Mantova station you can reach the apartment in just 10 minutes on foot.

- The accommodation has a single garage connected to the apartment floor by a lift.
ATTENTION. The apartment is located in a Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL in Italian) area and it is necessary to pay the pass locally.
To access it you need to purchase a pass whose cost varies from 2.50 euros to 5 euros per day. Information about this will be sent after check in.
