The 57sqm accommodation is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, traditional oven and microwave
- Living area with dining table, sofa, single pouf bed, split A/C and 32" smart TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, split A/C, chest of drawers, wardrobe, , LED lamps with wireless charging for mobile phones and USB socket
- Bedroom II with single bed and chest of drawers
- Toilet equipped with wc, bidet and shower box (note a small step at the entrance)
- Balcony equipped with table and chairs x2, and washing machine area with sink.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating via heat pumps, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that captures not only the eyes of travellers, but also the palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to fried panzerotto, from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to broad beans, from Bari-style raw ham to orecchiette with turnip greens. It is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban gathering for young people and adults, thanks to the presence of trendy and sought-after clubs, but not only that, as it also offers many attractions to culture-loving tourists. There are many events and shows such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and above all the Fiera del Levante, an international trade fair, which takes place in September. The Fair aims to encourage exchanges between East and West, of which Bari is traditionally the most available meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: in just 5 minutes on foot you can easily reach the seafront and in 10 minutes the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market . All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 150 metres.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment in about 45 minutes by taking bus line 16 to the "Bari Centrale" stop, 600m from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 8 minutes (600 m).

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to leave the car for a fee at the Gestipark Battisti, in Via Scipione Crisanzio 1/B, 500 meters from the accommodation.
