Elegant house on three levels equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 7 people, renovated in the early 2000s with high quality finishes while maintaining all the original aspects that make it unique in its kind. The house is located in the Capocavallo hamlet of Corciano, immersed in the green of Umbria, and offers a unique view of the surrounding nature: from the windows the woods of Monte Malbe and the nearby Monte Tezio are visible. Perugia is only 10 minutes away by car.

The 110 sqm house has an independent entrance (there are 5 steps at the door) and is divided into three levels: pay attention to the stairs if you are traveling with small children.

The accommodation has a parking space outside the entrance gate and a private terrace with a gazebo covered area equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.

Additional services available to guests: independent heating, high chair for babies, washing machine, three fans, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

WARNING: The fireplaces are NOT usable.
