Cozy and quiet 45 sqm apartment, perfect for 3 people, located on the raised ground floor (6 steps to access to it) of a renovated period building. The property is located in the characteristic Testaccio district, in front of the local market and a few minutes from Trastevere area. The area is also well served by public transport (Line B underground stop “Piramide” and Ostiense Station).
The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, juicer, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, sofa bed (1.20mx 1.90m ) and TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed (1.40m x 2.00m), wardrobe and TV;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, independent heating, ducted air conditioning (vents at the entrance, in the living area and in the bedroom), washing machine (with integrated dryer), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, soundproof windows and insect screens (in the living area and in the bedroom).

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

City tax must be paid in cash upon check-in: EUR 3.50 per person per night of stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).

The apartment is located in Testaccio, a historic district in the center of Rome that has maintained its popular spirit over time. It is located on the slopes of the Aventine, on the left bank of the Tiber not far from the Circus Maximus and the Imperial Forums. A few steps from the apartment it is also possible to find the historic and picturesque Testaccio local market, open every day. Underground Line 2 Piramide stop (2 stops to the Colosseum), Ostiense Station and the train to Ostia Lido are a short distance from the property, in Piazza della Piramide.
