Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Not to be missed is the most important religious building is the parish of Sant'Antonio Abate, the Church of Santa Greca.
We also recommend the use of the car to better visit the surroundings: Villaspeciosa, Uta, Assemini and Decimoputzu.
Decimomannu is only 13.8 km from Cagliari airport.

Alternatively you can take a taxi (about 19 minutes).

-From Cagliari Centrale station it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the train transport from Elmas Airport terminal to the "Decimomannu" stop, just 12 minutes walk from the apartment.

-For traveling by car, you can park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) in the street on white stripes or pay on blue stripes.
