Equipped with all comforts and featuring a balcony, it offers a functional and well-organized space. The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with a gas cooktop, dining table, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and access to the balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, TV, and desk;
- BEDROOM with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with a bathtub/shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BALCONY.

Unlimited WiFi, central heating, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
