The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.

The accommodation of 66 sqm is located on two levels (stairs to access). Please PAY MORE ATTENTION if you are traveling with a children. Inside the apartment there are steps, necessary to access the bedrooms and bathroom.

The interior space is divided as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, access to the garden;
- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with table and chairs, TV, gas stove, access to terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven and oven, toaster, juicer, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower and toilet;
- TERRACE with table and chairs;

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Costa Rei equal to 1€ from 1 June to 30 September, 0.50 cent for the other months. The tourist tax is paid for a maximum of 14 nights. Children up to 10 years old, employees of companies in the municipality and disabled people are exempt.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Alternatively you can take a taxi (journey time 1 hour and 6 minutes).

-From Cagliari Centrale station you can continue by bus n. 101 to the stop "Costa Rei Monte Nai", just 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.

-For those travelling by car: it is possible to park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) in front of the property gate (uncovered parking space also suitable for SUVs) or you can park near the property.
